Prayer for YC

Dear God,

I pray that this year at YC would be different for us. God, I ask that your hand would be over the entire weekend. That you would open the ears and eyes, minds and hearts of our young people to hear and understand what you are saying to them. I pray that this weekend would be influential to their walk with you. God, Touch them and show your self to them in a way that they have never experienced. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Father, help us to not be distracted by all the fanciness and flashy cool things that come along with YC but help us to focus. Not only our leaders to be able to focus but the youth too. As leaders God, Help us to know what to say and when to say it. Give us Divine appointments to speak into our youth's lives. Help us to see them how you see them. Help us to love them even when we think we can't. Give us patience. Break our hearts for what break yours Father. Help our organization of the weekend; that no kids would get lost or hurt, and that the ride up to Edmonton and back down to Calgary would be a smooth one. Stretch us this weekend God. Help us learn and grow together as a group. Give our group unity Father. Unity between students and leaders, between students and students, between leaders and leaders, and between youth groups and youth groups. God I pray that you would also be with the youth of Harvest Hills Alliance. God, give us rest in the next two days to be able to go the entire weekend with out burning out. Be with the students who couldn't make it to YC either. Touch them where they are at, no matter what they are doing this weekend. Also be with the speakers as they prepare and the singers and bands too. I pray that as a group we would have a new experience in worship. Bring us deeper. God, let the students fall even deeper into love with You. Bring the awe factor God. Help us to see how amazing you really are. Help change our perspective. Give us a kingdom perspective. Father, just make this weekend radical and transforming. Let this weekend be completely Holy Spirit led in all aspects. Bring it on.
